Week 15 NFL Power Rankings

My stab at ranking the 32 teams in the NFL after Week 15.

We are almost there but the NFL continues to toss up some curve balls. Who had the Bills upsetting the Green Bay Packers? The AFC North is still a crapshoot and the NFC South is still trying to out under perform one another. So here are my rankings, once again, leave your thoughts in the comments.

NFL Team Wins Losses Ties Rank Previous Rank
New England Patriots 11 3 0 1 2 New England's offense blew up in the second half against Miami to help them regain the top spot.
Green Bay Packers 10 4 0 2 1 The Packers dropped a let down game to the Bills. Aaron Rodgers had one of his worst days as a pro.
Seattle Seahawks 10 4 0 3 4 The defense is showing the dominance they ended last season with.
Denver Broncos 11 3 0 4 3 The Broncos have turned into a run first team as Peyton Manning is sick / hurt.
Dallas Cowboys 10 4 0 5 8 The Tony Romo to Dez Bryant connection looked perfect against the Eagles
Arizona Cardinals 11 3 0 6 6 Down to their third QB, this Arizona team is tough but can they keep momentum after all the injuries?
Indianapolis Colts 10 4 0 7 7 Good to see Boom Herron holding it down in the Indy backfield.
Detroit Lions 10 4 0 8 9 Calvin Johnson has had a so-so season by his standards, but the Lions have still found ways to win.
Philadelphia Eagles 9 5 0 9 5 The Eagles have trouble beating good teams, they need to win to keep pace with the rest of the playoff hopefuls
Cincinnati Bengals 9 4 1 10 11 With a yards per carry average around 6, Jeremy Hill is the kind of back you want in the playoff chase.
Pittsburgh Steelers 9 5 0 11 10 The Steelers have to beat a tough KC team to keep pace in the division / wildcard.
Baltimore Ravens 9 5 0 12 12 The Ravens didn't look impressive in their win against Jacksonville.
Buffalo Bills 8 6 0 13 15 The Bills defense is incredible, fitting the way Mario Williams ended the game.
Kansas City Chiefs 8 6 0 14 14 Did you know the Chiefs have not completed a TD pass to a wide receiver this whole season?
San Diego Chargers 8 6 0 15 13 San Diego could spoil an AFC North's team to make the post season, but they would need to beat KC and San Fran to do it.
San Francisco 49ers 7 7 0 16 17 This offense has become anemic.
Houston Texans 7 7 0 17 16 Tough break for Ryan Fitzpatrick, literally. Another team into their third and fourth string QB's.
St. Louis Rams 6 8 0 18 19 The Rams are a Jekyll and Hyde team, who knows what you are going to face against this team on a week to week basis.
Miami Dolphins 7 7 0 19 20 Someone remind the Dolphins there are two halves to a football game.
Cleveland Browns 7 7 0 20 18 Owned.
Minnesota Vikings 6 8 0 21 21 Seeing glimpses of a Mike Zimmer defense in Minnesota.
Carolina Panthers 5 8 1 22 23 The Panthers still have a shot at the division at this point with only five wins.
New Orleans Saints 6 8 0 23 24 The Saints currently dominate their division with six wins.
Atlanta Falcons 5 9 0 24 22 The Falcons control their own destiny in a division that may send a losing record to the playoffs.
New York Giants 5 9 0 25 26 The story here is Odell Beckham Jr.
Chicago Bears 5 9 0 26 25 Jay Cutler is officially a problem in Chicago. But, their defense is an even bigger issue.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers 2 12 0 27 27 So everyone is penciling in Marcus Mariota to the Bucs. Interesting the supporting cast he would have.
Washington Redskins 3 11 0 28 29 Robert Griffin III back starting but no one really has confidence in him.
New York Jets 3 11 0 29 31 Rex Ryan firing countdown: two weeks.
Jacksonville Jaguars 2 12 0 30 28 Played competitive against the Ravens, just couldn't finish.
Oakland Raiders 2 12 0 31 30 They won their couple of games then slid back into the abyss of suckage.
Tennessee Titans 2 12 0 32 32 Some had the Titans as playoff contenders, but the mess at the QB position leaves them in the cellar.
