A.J. Green back at Bengals practice; Emmanuel Lamur still out

Offensive tackle Andrew Whitworth also was given a veteran's day of rest.

hThe Bengals were happy to see All-Pro receiver A.J. Green back on the field Friday. After an illness held him out Thursday, Green was back on the field Friday for the second of three practices before Monday night's showdown with Denver.

As for rookie receiver James Wright, he was held out again with a lingering knee injury that sidelined him the past two games. It looks like it will be three unless he's able to practice on Saturday.

As for linebacker Emmanuel Lamur, he too was on the side after not practicing Thursday either. A hamstring injury knocked him out of Sunday's win at Cleveland, so it looks like he could miss Monday. That will leave the Bengals without their starting strongside backer, which could leave Marquis Flowers getting the start vs. the Broncos.

Offensive tackle Andrew Whitworth was given a veteran's day of rest. Expect him back on the field Saturday.
