The Cincinnati Bengals will most likely have All-Pro receiver A.J. Green against the Pittsburgh Steelers. When the two teams face off on Sunday Night Football, Green will likely play after being listed as probable on the final injury report with a biceps bruise.
That same injury made his playing time minimal against the Broncos in Week 16. Though Green was able to play a handful of snaps after sustaining the first-quarter injury, he didn't catch a pass and didn't play for most of the second half. He recorded a career-high 200 yards against the Steelers in Week 14, so having him at Pittsburgh will be critical for the Bengals' offense.
The news is not as good though for six players dealing with injury and/or illness that could cause them to miss the Sunday night affair. Starters Adam Jones, Terence Newman and Reggie Nelson are questionable due to illness, while Emmanuel Lamur is the same due to a hamstring injury.
Because it's an illness they're dealing with, there's really no way to guess if they'll play or not. It all depends on how fast whatever is ailing them is able to pass. Hopefully, it goes away sometime in the next 50 hours or so.
