On the heels of the NFL playoffs starting, the Green Bay Packers are holding their breaths after quarterback Aaron Rodgers was injured against the Detroit Lions.
After hitting Randall Cobb for the touchdown in the second quarter, Rodgers was down on the field in pain before being helped to the sideline with what looks to be a calf injury. rodgers was clearly unwilling to put pressure on the calf, which was already sore coming into this game.
The team has cine ruled his return to be questionable, and if he can't go the rest of the way in this one, Matt Flynn will be the QB for the rest of the way. The Packers led 14-7 going into halftime, but the Lions are in a great spot to win this game if they don't have to see Rodgers for the rest of the game.
Here is the hit in question.
