We now know who will be picking where when the 2015 NFL draft commences. Well, at least where the non-playoff teams pick, as we won't know the al of the final 12 picks until the Super Bowl has concluded.
Securing the No. 1 spot with a loss in Week 17 were the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. They lost 23-20 to the New Orleans Saints after holding a 20-7 lead in that game. Needless to say, they were really happy to see the Saints rally past them, which gave the Bucs the top pick.
The Tennessee Titans secured the No. 2 pick with a 27-10 loss to the Indianapolis Colts. They, along with the combined to go 4-28 this year. That's a lot of bad football right there.
