The Chicago Bears are parting ways with head coach Marc Trestman and general manager Phil Emery following a disastrous 2014 campaign.
Marc Trestman was just fired as well

Update: Bears have fired GM Phil Emery, per @FieldYates and I.

Trestman went 13-19 over his first two seasons with no playoff appearances and a loaded offense with the likes of Brandon Marshall, Alshon Jeffery, Martellus Bennett and Matt Forte. Trestman never seemed to find any consistency with quarterback Jay Cutler, who Emergy signed to a seven-year extension worth $126 million with $54 million guaranteed.
This opening should be one of the more attractive destinations for potential head-coaching candidates, especially for someone with an offense mind. On the other hand, Chicago's defense needs help and may bode well for a defensive-minded coach.
