The Washington Redskin may be out of the running for wide receiver Andrew Hawkins, but that doesn't mean the Cincinnati Bengals won't lose him once NFL free agency begins.
Teams can negotiate contracts right now, but it won't be until 4 pm ET on Tuesday that deals can be signed. The Cleveland Browns badly want to add a WR to a unit that outside of Josh Gordon, is rather nonexistent.
Don't be surprised if they target Hawkins:

Signed out of the CFL as an undrafted free agent in the 2011 season, the 5-foot-7 ball of fire became the team's third-leading receiver in 2012, catching 51 passes for 533 yards and four touchdowns.
During a preseason practice last August, Hawkins suffered a serious ankle injury that forced him to miss the first eight weeks of the 2013 season. He finished with just 12 catches during the regular season.
