Teams can begin negotiating with unrestricted free agents that are with other teams at noon on Saturday -- a change applied a couple of years ago when tampering issues were ridiculously saturating the league prior to free agency. Instead of battling it, the league applied Bunny Colvin's application of Hamsterdam -- just legalize it on your terms.
