Calvin Pryor will visit Cincinnati Bengals; Saints and Jets also interested

The Bengals will be hosting former Louisville Cardinals safety Calvin Pryor for a pre-draft visit. He's regarded by many as the top safety in this draft.

As the Cincinnati Bengals continue to line up pre-draft visits with NFL Draft prospects, they'll be bringing in Louisville Cardinals safety calvin Pryor for a workout:

Pryor has been mocked to the Bengals in several mock drafts this offseason, but many of those came before they signed former Houston Texans safety Danieal Manning.

As of now, the Bengals have Reggie Nelson, George Iloka, Shawn Williams and the aforementioned Manning signed for 2014.

Pryor was a hard-hitting junior who d compiled 69 tackles, 5.5 for a loss, three interceptions and two forced fumbles. In conference play, Pryor ranked 16th in tackles for all positions with 50, or 7.1 per game.

He would likely replace Iloka as a starter if the Bengals were to spend a first-round pick on him, but Iloka has played well enough that Pryor shouldn't be the Bengals' No. 1 target with the 24th-overall pick in this year's draft.

SB Nation already has a scouting report on him:
