Next up are the Miami Dolphins, who barely missed the playoffs after a late-season collapse in 2013 now has the coaching staff on the hot seat entering 2014. They need to hit it big with this pick.
Jason: Dolphins take Zack Martin, OT/OG, Notre Dame
The Dolphins need to upgrade a number spots on the offensive line, and Zach Martin gives them options. He can play either tackle spot, or kick inside and play guard.
Either way, he's an instant starter for a Dolphins offensive line that was among the worst in the league last season. They allowed an NFL-high 58 sacks, and another season like that will kill Ryan Tannehill's confidence and doom his chances to become a franchise QB.
Anthony: Dolphins take Zack Martin, OT/OG, Notre Dame
Ryan Tannehill was the most sacked quarterback in the league last year and losing both Jon Martin and Richie Incognito doesn't help the status of the lone going forward.
Martin is a versatile guy that that could play tackle or guard at the NFL level and with Brandon Albert coming over from Kansas City, he would likely play on the inside at Miami. He brings toughness and a mean streak to a team that needs to see big strides from their quarterback this year.
Mickey: Dolphins take C.J. Mosley, ILB, Alabama
The Dolphins need help on defense and with Mosley's ability to step in and play from day one, Miami would love this pick. Mosley is fast, smart and great at getting to the ball. His knock is sometimes he breaks down when tackling. In the pro's he would need to be a consistent tackler but looks to be able to handle the game fine. Mosley would be a force for the Dolphins in the middle of their defense.
