The first undrafted free agent signing by the Bengals has reportedly been made, and it comes in the form of Buffalo wide receiver Alex Neutz:

Must Reads
The 6-3, 214-pound Neutz lacks blazing speed (4.60 40-tie), but his size allows him to match-up well vs. defensive backs in jump-ball situations, even at the NFL level. He finished this past season with 61 catches for 1,024 yards and 12 touchdowns. Neutz holds the Buffalo career record with 31 touchdown catches.
Welcome to Cincinnati!
