Wilder was a likely Day 3 pick, until he was arrested this offseason for an incident related to a charge of driving with a suspended license.
Wilder had 81 carries for 563 yards and eight touchdowns last season in helping the Seminoles win the BCS title. He decided to forego his senior season to enter the NFL draft.
He'll compete with Rex Burkhead and Cedric Peerman for one of the final RB spots on the Bengals roster.
