Not to be at dead horse, but the Bengals will probably take a cornerback with their first pick in the NFL Draft. The two best ones likely on the board at pick No. 24 that are worth a first-round pick are Ohio State's Bradley Roby and TCU's Jason Verrett.
Verrett is viewed as the more polished prospect who should be able to come in and play right away, while Roby is a little more raw bu has a much higher upside.
As it turns out, Lance Zierlein of the Sideline View says the Bengals are 'strongly' considering Roby with their first-round pick, and Verrett could fall out of the first round:
@JoeGoodberry I hear your boys are considering B. Roby strongly. There are personality concerns with him. Turned some teams off in meetings

Hearing from league source that Jason Verrett could fall out of the first round due to some medical concerns.

Roby needs to have his technique refined and become a more consistent player, but if he's able to reach his full potential, he could end up becoming one of the two or three best corners to come out of this draft class.
He finished his college career with 179 tackles (7.5 TFLs), 8 interceptions and 41 pass deflections.
