It's a little early to be projecting depth charts, but Pro Football Focus did so with the Cincinnati Bengals. In their breakdown of all 32 teams, they've rated every player based on this scale:
The Bengals aren't a team know to have a lot of 'elite' players, but they do have plenty of 'good' and 'high quality' starters. Some of those guys could be on the verge of becoming elite. A.J. Green and Vontaze Burfict could make a compelling case to be called that now, but PFF doesn't think they're quite there yet.

Personally, I think Leon Hall is vastly underrated by them. Sure, he missed half the season last year, but when he was on the field, he was an elite player, just as he was in 2012.
