With many teams wrapping up minicamps and OTAs, the dead of summer is near as players take the next month off to prepare for training camp. Many teams have signed their allotted 90 players and used up most of their cap space.
The Bengals however have just 89 spots filled and $23 million in cap space. A signing is coming soon, though it's more likely to be nothing more than a camp body.
