Over the past four seasons, the Cincinnati Bengals have improved their record. After winning just four games in 2010, the Bengals won nine games in 2011, 10 in 2012 and 11 last year. Frankly, the Bengals are getting a little disrespected to be projected to win just nine games in 2014. What say you?
