Knock on wood.
The Bengals have been lucky on the injury front through the first five practices. That almost changed on Monday, as starting right tackle Andre smith left the field with a team trainer.
#Bengals OT Andre Smith just left the field with a trainer.

Andre Smith has left practice field. Was walking back to locker room. Was walking fine. Will have to wait until end of practice for update.

Andre Smith goes off field, but it does not look serious

It doesn't sound like it's serious, but given Smith's history, there's always reason to be concerned when Smith and a trainer are together.
He missed most of his first two seasons in the NFL with a variety of issues, highlighted by foot and weight issues that had the former 6th-overall pick looking like a but.
Ironically, after three straight solid seasons since then, Smith is actually one of the best players to come out of that 2009 draft. After missing 19 games in his first two seasons, Smith has now played in 46 of the past 48 games, including 37 straight (including playoffs).
