A fine could be coming for Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel. After he threw an incomplete pass near the Washington sideline late in the third quarter, Manziel appeared to extend his middle finger up for the Washington bench to see as he ran back to the Cleveland huddle.

From what I've been able to tell after three weeks of training camp practices and two preseason games, he probably should be.

Simpson was suspended three games in 2012 for felony drug charges, and that put him in line to be suspended for any drug or alcohol related incident moving forward. According to Brian Murphy of the St. Paul Pioneer Press, Simpson missed practice on Monday to attend a suspension appeals hearing in New York.
