With the preseason now three weeks old, the first wave of roster cuts has come or is coming for all 32 NFL teams.
The Bengals have to get their roster trimmed down to 75 by 4:00 pm ET on Tuesday. Thankfully, the Bengals are currently at 86 contracts, per the NFLPA.
That means only 11 players will need to be cut, which shouldn't be too hard, given that there's several players who've played sparingly, if at all during the preseason.
Dan France, OT, Michigan State
Isaiah Lewis, S, Michigan State
Colin Lockett, WR, San Diego
Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
Jasper Collins, WR, Mount Union
James Davidson, LB/DE, Texas-El Paso
David King, DT, Oklahoma
Onterio McCalebb, CB, Auburn
Larry Black, DT, Indiana
Kevin Brock, TE, Rutgers
Brandon Joiner, LB, Arkansas State
Also on notice:
LaKendrick Ross, DT, Virginia of Lynchburg
T.J. Johnson, G/C, South Carolina
Ryan Whalen, WR, Stanford
Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
Nikita Whitlock, FB, Wake Forest
Here are the players who could get put on IR after suffering serious injuries vs. the Arizona Cardinals Sunday night.
