Projecting the Bengals' first wave of roster cuts

New, comments

The Bengals have to get their roster trimmed down to 75 by 4:00 pm ET on Tuesday, but they'll probably announce most, if not all of their cuts Monday.

Aaron Doster-USA TODAY Sports

With the preseason now three weeks old, the first wave of roster cuts has come or is coming for all 32 NFL teams.

The Bengals have to get their roster trimmed down to 75 by 4:00 pm ET on Tuesday. Thankfully, the Bengals are currently at 86 contracts, per the NFLPA.

That means only 11 players will need to be cut, which shouldn't be too hard, given that there's several players who've played sparingly, if at all during the preseason.
