Lockett, an undrafted free agent that Cincinnati signed after the conclusion of the 2014 NFL draft, played all four preseason games while generating only two receptions for 14 yards receiving.
While at San Diego State, Lockett posted 130 receptions in his collegiate career, with 1,999 yards receiving and 16 touchdown catches. Lockett added 92 kickoff returns for 2,216 yards and three touchdowns -- special teams, baby! Lockett (5-11, 188 pounds) ran a 4.46 40-yard dash at his pro day, along with a 32.5 vertical and 9'07" broad jump. He was also named as a special teams honorable mention in his conference -- despite having most teams kick away from him on purpose.
