The Bengals may be getting Vontaze Burfict back just in time for him to suit up Sunday vs. the Falcons. The Pro bowl linebacker suffered a concussion during Sunday's win over the Ravens. That led to him missing Wednesday and Thursday's practices.
However, Burfict was able to suit up Friday, but it's still unclear as to how much he practiced.
Burfict, Green, Atkins all participating in practice. Newman (groin) was only one of major injuries working on side.

This doesn't mean Burfict has necessarily been cleared to return to game action, but it is a good sign he has. As for Terence Newman being held out, it's unclear as to how long this groin issue has affected him. It looks like it popped up during practice this week.
The injury showed up during Thursday's practice. Oddly enough, the injury wasn't reported on the Bengals' official website as of Thursday.
