The Bengals have already been hit with a pair of injuries in the first quarter of play vs. Atlanta. On Cincinnati's first defensive series, linebacker Vontaze Burfict had to leave after appearing "dazed" after making a tackle. He went to the sideline and began going through concussion testing.

Burfict did return to the game on the next defensive series, but this will still be something to watch as the game progresses. He suffered a concussion in the second quarter in Week 1 vs. the Baltimore Ravens.

On Cincinnati's first offensive series, All-Pro receiver AJ Green was forced from the game after leaving the field with what's been called a toe injury. It happened on a stretch play where he was run-blocking for Giovani Bernard. He's since been listed by the team as "questionable" to return.

Green was dealing with a foot injury in practice this week, but it's unclear as to if the two injuries are related.
