The Titans were in the Bengals red zone at the close of the first half of last week's game and had the opportunity to score to make the game a little more respectable. Offensive tackle, Michael Oher, blasted into a few Bengals defensive players after the play was over to move his team back 15 yards. Then, Jake Locker tossed an interception to ensure the Titans would go into the locker room at the half with nothing on the board.
Per Paul Dehner:
This unnecessary roughness penalty on Michael Oher earned a $8,268 fine. https://t.co/HKRc72oLUJ via @vineapp

Oher's fine is little more than a slap on the wrist.
