2015 NFL Draft: Final List of Underclassman Declaring and Staying in School

The NFL announced Monday the names of 74 players who have been granted special eligibility for the 2015 NFL Draft.

Headlining the list were Oregon QB Marcus Mariota, Florida State QB Jameis Winston and USE DL Leonard Williams. There also was a long-snapper from Arizona State to declare early.

Each of the 74 players granted special eligibility has met the league’s three-year eligibility rule. The 74 early-entrants are a 24.5% decrease from the 2014 total of 98.
