If the Eagles trade Nick Foles during the NFL offseason, look for the Rams, Titans and Texans to show interest in the Philadelphia QB.

The Philadelphia Eagles could be ready to move on from quarterback Nick Foles this offseason.

After a slow start to his 2014 season, Foles was lost for the year with a broken collarbone and missed the final eight games of the season. It didn't help that Mark Sanchez did well in relief of Foles, but head coach Chip Kelly is ready for a better option it appears.

That could mean Foles is on the trading block heading into the offseason, and the St. Louis Rams could be one of several teams to watch for Foles, per Eliot Shorr-Parks of NJ.com.

According to a person familiar with the situation, but who requested anonymity, the St. Louis Rams have interest in Foles should the Eagles decide to trade him this offseason.

Foles' possible availability was a topic of conversation among coaches and scouts last week at the Senior Bowl, with the Tennessee Titans and Houston Texans also mentioned as teams that would have interest if Foles hit the market.

The Rams may have some interest in Foles with the injury-prone Sam Bradford entering the last year of his contract in St. Louis. The Rams are in need of a solution at quarterback and Foles has been more consistently reliable to this point in his career.

As for the Texans and Titans, they too are in dire need of even an average QB to help bridge them to the next guy, of whom they may find in this year's NFL draft. Houston does at least have Ryan Fitzpatrick.
