Robert Kraft Doubles Down On Patriots' Innocence, Asks NFL For Apology

Andy Dalton got booed off the Pro Bowl field - The Washington Post
Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton has turned into something of a national punching bag for his repeated struggles not just in the postseason, but in nationally televised games of any kind. And, to a large degree, deservedly so, as Dalton has gone one-and-done in the playoffs all four years of his career (with one touchdown against six interceptions, and a 57.8 rating), and he was absolutely roasted for a Thursday-night debacle in November.
Extra Points: Pro Bowl jumped the shark before Dalton | Fox News
Interestingly it was Andy Dalton's Pro Bowl recognition on Tuesday that set Twitter off as if an average quarterback playing in a meaningless football game is some kind of calamity. The laughable aspect of Dalton's inclusion to the detractors is the fact that he was the seventh alternate at his particular position, a development that really highlighted the ridiculousness of the process.

San Diego Chargers Should Trade Donald Butler To Cincinnati Bengals For Giovani Bernard | RantSports
The Chargers should try to work out a trade that would send Donald Butler to the Bengals for Giovani Bernard. Butler has had several good seasons for the Bolts, and until this past season he was their main leader on defense. His stats were pretty good for a full time linebacker in the NFL until he injured himself this year; he was normally over 70 tackles and averaging a pick with a couple of forced fumbles each season. His instincts for where the ball carrier is headed are good, and he possesses enough size to play ILB in a 3-4 and a 4-3 defense. But he seems to be struggling in John Pagano’s defense lately and could use a new team to re-energize his career.
