Following Cincinnati's 26-10 loss to the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis told local reporters that he plans on returning next season, offering "That's the plan."

Marvin: "Tomorrow's not promised for anyone. [Being back next year], that's my plan."

Lewis' contract was originally set to expire after the 2014 season but the team signed him to a one-year extension on March 14, 2014... we're not exactly sure who or why the question was asked, despite not having any rumors or suggestive hints that he'd be leaving after this season.
If he returns -- and we were expecting him to prior to being asked about his future -- Lewis will enter his 13th season with the Bengals amassing a regular season record of 100-90-2 (.526) but remains without a postseason win in six tries.
