Bengals radio call of Mike Nugent beating Seahawks

"It...is...GOOOOOOOOOOD!"

Mark Zerof-USA TODAY Sports

The Bengals 27-24 win over the Seattle Seahawks improved Cincinnati's undefeated record to 5-0, despite an otherwise grim outlook midway through the third quarter when Seattle took a commanding 24-7 lead. When the fourth quarter started, the Bengals offense came alive and scored 17 unanswered points to send the game into overtime.

It took a 31-yard field goal by Bengals kicker Mike Nugent to send the game into overtime, where both teams exchanged punts before the Bengals offense, with the help of Giovani Bernard and Tyler Eifert, won field position. Cincinnati was facing a fourth-and-two as Nugent lined up a 42-yard game-winner.

Dan Hoard has the call.

Listening to the call, you wouldn't have even known Nugent dinged his attempt off the upright, but it thankfully bounced in favor of the good guys as it went through to give Cincinnati the win.
