With a 6-0 record, the Bengals' odds of winning the Super Bowl are among the best they've ever been.
Only two teams currently have better odds to win the Lombardi Trophy, per Bovada and they are the New England Patriots and Green Bay Packers. The Bengals' odds didn't change from Week 6 to Week 7 and are still 10/1, now tied with the Denver Broncos. The Steelers' chances aren't much worse, with 18/1 odds of winning the Super Bowl. The Bengals' other division rivals, the Ravens and Browns each have some of the worst odds in the league at 500/1. It's pretty safe to say neither teams will be winning the Super Bowl.
As far as the AFC goes, the Bengals are now tied with the second best odds to win the conference, again tied with the Denver Broncos in this category. The Broncos have played a bit of a team role reversal this season with the defense carrying the team, opposed to in the past few years when the Peyton Manning-led offense was what created the bulk of the team's success and led to their Super Bowl appearance in the 2013 season.
The Cincinnati Bengals lead the division both in the rankings and in odds to win the AFC North. The Bengals currently have 1/6 odds of winning the division, per Bovada, but next week's matchup between the Bengals and Steelers will definitely impact the odds going forward. If the Bengals can improve to 7-0, their odds of winning the AFC North will likely increase with home games against the Steelers, Ravens and both a home and away game against the Browns to come in Weeks 9-17.
Bovada also has the odds for whether an undefeated team (entering Week 7) will win the Super Bowl. Yes is currently set with 1/2 odds while no has 3/2 odds. Could the Bengals be the team to make yes the winning bet?
