The Cincinnati Bengals will be without starting safety George Iloka, who is working with an ankle injury dating back to the regular season opener in Oakland. Despite playing the entire game against San Diego in week two, Iloka pulled himself out against the Ravens, calling himself a liability. Third-year safety and former third-round pick from the 2013 NFL draft, Shawn Williams will start in his place.
