- The Bengals offense played 54 snaps (the Chiefs had 75). Mohamed Sanu had 33 snaps, whereas H-back Ryan Hewitt had 21. This isn't an exact science by any means, but it's a good differentiating look between run/pass looks; though we're talking extraordinarly generic here.
- Linebacker Vincent Rey, despite clutching his knee and expressing obvious pain, only missed three snaps on Sunday.
- Linebacker P.J. Dawson, cornerback Josh Shaw and safety Derron Smith were active, but didn't play defense -- they were primarily special teamers. Marcus Hardison, C.J. Uzomah, and Mario Alford were inactive. Tight end Tyler Kroft and offensive tackle Jake Fisher were the only rookies who played on Sunday.
- Brandon Tate played one offensive snap on Sunday and on that one snap he scored his 55-yard touchdown. Also, today's Tate's birthday, so shoutout to him for the awesome play to celebrate his birthday week.
