Smith declared out for Bengals; Clowney out for Texans
Bengals right tackle Andre Smith was declared out of Monday night's game against the Houston Texans on Saturday when the team issued its official NFL injury report list. Smith has been in the NFL's concussion protocol since taking a knee to the head in the fourth quarter of the Bengals' 16-10 win at Pittsburgh on Nov. 1. That injury caused him to miss the 31-10 win over Cleveland last Thursday and each practice since then.
