The most important connection between the Bengals and Cardinals has to be the current Arizona and former Cincinnati quarterback. Many Bengals fans still have a sour taste left in their mouths when it comes to Palmer. The current Arizona signal-caller demanded a trade after the Bengals finished the 2010 season 4-12, and... the rest is history. While the Bengals ended up adding key members to their current team with the draft picks acquired in the trade, fans still view Palmer as a quitter who abandoned the team and, it's clear some players feel the same.
