Mock Draft: Bengals go with DT Malcom Brown

Another mock draft has the Bengals going with a defensive tackle. Sounds about right, right?

John Rieger-USA TODAY Sports

We waited with baited breath -- right?

CBS Sports NFL writer Will Brinson released his first mock draft of the predraft season and much like in other mock drafts, we're looking at a defensive tackle -- with the secondary notion that they could address the offensive line. Is there anyone questioning whether or not if the Bengals will go with the trenches.

Malcom Brown, DT, Texas— Could easily see the Bengals going offensive line here to prepare for life after Andrew Whitworth but instead they'll take Brown, who fell further than they expected here.

Along with being named to the Walter Camp All American team, Brown led the Texas Longhorns in tackles for loss (15), quarterback sacks (six) and quarterback hits (eight). Brown was also a finalist for the Bronko Nagurski Trophy and the Outland trophy.
