While there weren't many 'official' transactions made Tuesday, the one that's rumored to be going down between the Eagles and Bills is the one everybody is talking about.
All-Pro running back LeSean McCoy is expected to be shipped from Philadelphia to Buffalo in exchange for linebacker Kiko Alonso. There's also a report Philly is cutting linebacker Trent Cole, but none of the aforementioned moves have been finalized yet.
The biggest one that was official did come from the Eagles when they cut veteran cornerback Cary Williams. He's started in every game for Philly over the past two seasons, so expect him to find a new home fairly soon.
Here's a look at all of the transactions that were made on Tuesday:
Atlanta Falcons Signed LB Nate Stupar to a contract extension.
Carolina Panthers Re-signed DT Colin Cole to a one-year contract.
Detroit Lions Named Steven Williams defensive quality control coach.
Indianapolis Colts Signed DE Earl Okine. Agreed to terms with LS Matt Overton.
New England Patriots Named Ray Ventrone assistant special teams coach.
Philadelphia Eagles Released CB Cary Williams.
San Francisco 49ers Signed RB Jarryd Hayne to a three-year contract.
Tennessee Titans Released S Bernard Pollard. Claimed LB Jonathan Massaquoi off waivers from Atlanta.
