Reports began surfacing on Tuesday that the Houston Texans "could" be looking for a partner to trade safety DJ Swearinger -- a report that Texans general manager Rick Smith doesn't deny, but adds to, saying there's always trade talk before the draft, "including intentional misinformation."
Because the Bengals have swung trades for outcast safeties in the past -- notably Reggie Nelson (for cornerback David Jones and a conditional seventh round pick) and Taylor Mays (a seventh round pick) -- we're offering a comparative view of Swearinger's previous two seasons compared to Reggie Nelson and George Iloka... both of whom are entering the final year of their respective contracts:
