The Cincinnati Bengals signed University of Miami quarterback Ryan Williams, according to the player's twitter account as well as the agency representing him.

Williams began his career as Miami's starting quarterback in 2010, completing 165 of 290 passes for 2,075 yards passing with 13 scores and 10 interceptions. Unfortunately an ACL injury dropped him into a backup role for the rest of his collegiate career.
