How do the Bengals stay in shape during time off? | Cincinnati Enquirer
For most people, summer is the easiest part of the year to stay in shape. For an NFL player, it can be the hardest since it's one of the few periods of rest players get in an offseason. Through most of June and into late July, players are away from their teams and have to stay in shape on their own. Kevin Zeitler does so by moving heavy weights in a high school gym. Nico Johnson does Pilates and karate daily.
Who has the best five-year outlook, Ben Roethlisberger or Joe Flacco? | ESPN
While no one is arguing who the better QB is right now (Ben by a landslide), there's reason to believe the younger Flacco has a better outlook over the next five years. At 33, Roethlisberger is older and closer to retirement. At 30, Flacco is still in the midst of his best years. It's easier to see him playing at a higher level in 2017 than it is Big Ben with all the wear and tear he's got. Still, I wouldn't be shocked if Ben outplayed Flacco in each of the next five seasons.
Report: Dez Bryant’s agent recently met with Cowboys | ESPN
As the 2015 regular season inches closer, Dez Bryant is still fighting hard for a new contract in Dallas. He's gone as far as threatening to not play in the team's Week 1 opener vs. the Giants. The fact that his agent is now meeting with the team is a positive sign negotiations may be finally set to continue.
'Real possibility' Russell Wilson could leave Seahawks in 2016 | PFT
Everyone just assumes the Seahawks and Russell Wilson will eventually reach an agreement on a contract extension. After all, when's the last time a team let a franchise QB leave as he was hitting his prime? As Mike Florio reports though, it's becoming a possible scenario with Wilson wanting to be the NFL's highest-paid player. Wilson is good, but no one's mistaking him for someone who should be paid more than Aaron Rodgers, Drew Brees, Tom Brady or Ben Roethlisberger.
When Josh McCown is key QB addition, Browns' offseason grade won't shine | ESPN
The title pretty much says it all. When Josh McCown is your most impactful acquisition this year, you deserve a C- for an offseason grade. Then again, McCown will be one of the better QBs Cleveland has had this decade, which still isn't saying much.
The Bengals Are Not "Feuding"
The NFL Players Association and ABC’s Family Feud have teamed up for a special primetime episode of "Celebrity Family Feud," set to air Sunday 8-9 p.m. EST on the ABC Television Network. NFL players on the two teams do not include any Bengals.
