Athletes leave messages for Leah Still on ESPYs Red Carpet

Lisa Leslie, Desean Jackson, and Julie Foudy were among the athletes to leave kind words for Leah Still as they walked down the ESPYs Red Carpet on Wednesday evening.

Before the ESPYs began, athletes strutted down the Red Carpet and many left video messages for Leah Still as they did. Though the award show honors athletes, Leah Still may be the most talked about honoree of them all. Lisa Leslie, Desean Jackson, and Julie Foudy were among the athletes to leave kind words for Leah.

"This is such a great platform to inspire other people... Good luck with everything and I wish you were here,"Amy Purdy, American paralympic snowboarder said to the camera in her message to Leah.

"She has been this amazing inspiration, so I would say thank you for being such an inspiration and making us all just go oh my gosh, this perspective and joy and the courage she's shown," Julie Foudy, former American soccer player and ESPN analyst said.

Since Devon Still gave his ESPYs speech, the Still family has continued to be showered with love and kind words. You can see some of the seemingly never-ending array of compliments the Still's have received on Devon's Twitter account.

Yesterday, Leah also got her hands on her ESPY award for the first time. The photo of her holding the trophy is pretty priceless.

As always, it's great to see a smile on Leah's face. She is truly an inspiration.
