Bengals v Giants: Cedric Peerman questionable to return with a knee

With 5:47 remaining in the second quarter at the Giants 20-yard line, Cincinnati Bengals running back Cedric Peerman took a swing pass from Josh Johnson.

Peerman reached the five-yard line down the left sidelines before leaving his feet and having two defenders shoving him out of bounds. Unfortunately Peerman's left foot was got caught on the turf, indirectly twisting his left knee as he collapsed to the turf.

After momentarily grasping his knee, Peerman, with the direction of trainers, got to his feet and walked to the sidelines, albeit gingerly. James Wilder Jr., who replaced Peerman as the feature back, made two attempts, scoring on the second, giving the Bengals a 17-7 lead with 4:44 remaining in the first half.

The team announced Peerman's return would be questionable.
