UPDATE
At the conclusion of practice, head coach Marvin Lewis said the Bengals didn't think Michael Johnson suffered a serious injury and that he'll be fine.
Marvin Lewis says all reports on Michael Johnson have been "positive" so far.

Later, Bengals beat writer Geoff Hobson said the injury was "sounding more and more like sprained MCL."

The Bengals may have just suffered their first significant injury of training camp, and it came when Michael Johnson injured his knee early on day 3 of camp.
Johnson hurt his knee during a drill and immediately went to the ground grabbing it in pain and was eventually carted off the field.

The hope is it is a strain after they did every test imaginable on the field

No doubt a fingers crossed MRI on the way

We'll keep you posted as more information becomes available. It is a good sign that Johnson was able to get up and put weight on the knee as he walked to the cart, but the Bengals will still be holding their breath until an MRI is done to tell for sure.
