As quickly as it came, Bengals training camp is over. In a span of 21 days, the Bengals held 14 practices and one game.
Rain clouds threatened to ruin two of the last three practices, but the clouds parted just enough to keep the team and the fans dry. The final day of practice, which was held at 1 p.m. instead of the normal 3 p.m. start, had the best weather of any day of camp.
The main standout players from these last two practices were the same ones that have been raising eyebrows all camp long. Tyler Eifert and Dre Kirkpatrick have been the most impressive players on each side of the ball. A.J. Green has been his normal superstar self, and Geno Atkins is starting to look like his old self again. Mohamed Sanu and Marvin Jones have developed great chemistry with Andy Dalton. Rookie pass-catchers Tyler Kroft and Mario Alford have also shown some great receiving abilities. Adam Jones has made a lot of breakups recently, and Leon Hall has improved drastically from a slow start to camp this year. Rookies P.J. Dawson, Marcus Hardison, Derron Smith, and Troy Hill have also made their fair share of plays.
Without further adieu, here are 10 minutes of highlights from the final two days of Bengals training camp. Be sure to watch in HD, and enjoy!
