Bengals odds: Player props and over/under for 2015 NFL season

We take a look at some player props for Bengals players heading into the 2015 NFL season.

Ken Blaze-USA TODAY Sports

The Cincinnati Bengals will open the 2015 NFL season at Oakland in less than two weeks, and Bovada has released their player props for the upcoming season.

Cincinnati will have a loaded offense this year featuring one of the best wide receivers there is in A.J. Green. The Bengals also feature a young star on the rise in running back Jeremy Hill. It will once again be up to quarterback Andy Dalton to distribute the ball to them and the rest of the Bengals offense.

As it turns out, Hill, Green and Dalton were the only Bengals with player props from Bovada. Here's a look:

Andy Dalton - Total Interceptions in the 2015 Regular Season

Over: 16.5

Under: 16.5

Despite Dalton throwing the ball a career-low 481 times in 2014, he still managed to get picked off 17 times. However, he was without two of his top-three weapons in Tyler Eifert and Marvin Jones and Green also missed significant time. And per Pro Football Reference, Dalton throws an interception on 3.1% of his passes. As long as he throws the ball 532 times or less, the averages say he won't throw 17 interceptions.

My prediction: Under.

Andy Dalton - Total Passing Yards in the 2015 Regular Season

Over: 3,600

Under: 3,600

Dalton passed for just 3,398 yards last year, and I expect the Bengals to focus more on the ground game more in 2015.

My prediction: Under.

Andy Dalton - Total TD Passes in the 2015 Regular Season

Over: 23.5

Under: 23.5

While I don't see the Bengals passing it more this year, I do think having his best red-zone target, Marvin Jones (9 TDs in red zone in '13) back to go with Tyler Eifert should help him throw more touchdowns in 2015.

My prediction: Over.

A.J. Green - Total Receiving TD's in the 2015 Regular Season

Over: 8

Under: 8

In his four-year career, Green has caught seven, 11, 11, and six touchdowns in each of his four respective seasons. Given the fact Cincinnati will once again look to focus more on their ground game while spreading it out more in the passing game, don't expect Green to top eight scores, but I think he does match that mark.

My prediction: Even.

A.J. Green - Total Receiving Yards in the 2015 Regular Season

Over: 1,200

Under: 1,200

As mentioned above, I don't expect Green to be as focal of a part of the offense as he's been with so many other weapons part of it now. However, I do think he'll be able to top 1,200 yards. He almost did last year playing in essentially 13 games.

My prediction: Over.

Jeremy Hill - Total Rushing & Receiving TD's in the 2015 Regular Season

Over: 9

Under: 9

Hill led the NFL in rushing in the second half of the 2014 season. During that span, he averaged more than 100 yards per game with six touchdowns on a massive 5.4 yards per carry. Despite rarely seeing the field in his first six games, Hill still managed to score nine touchdowns. As long as he's healthy, scoring nine times will be easily done by Hill.

My prediction: Over.

Jeremy Hill - Total Rushing Yards in the 2015 Regular Season

Over: 1,100

Under: 1,100

Hill’s pace during Weeks 9-17 in 2014 would have projected to 306 rushes and 1,652 yards were he to play for the entirety of the season. Adding to this, Hill averaged 2.29 yards after contact on running plays last year, the fourth-highest average in the NFL. Again, as long as he's healthy, this mark will be easily reached.

My prediction: Over.
