Week 17 Baltimore Ravens at Cincinnati Bengals: Tecmo Bowl Futures

You can go anywhere on the web and find what the experts think the outcome of any game will be. I have my own expert. She was born in 1991 and has had my heart ever since. Her name, Tecmo Super Bowl.

The final week of the season is here and the Bengals have a small slice of hope to play for the 2 seed. But, most likely they will be the number 3 seed in the postseason. We turn to Tecmo to see how the Bengals close it out.

The Baltimore Ravens start with the football and on the first play from scrimmage, Ryan Mallett throws an interception to Adam Jones.

The Bengals attack through the air and AJ McCarron finds Marvin Jones wide open for a long catch and run.

Jones is stopped just short of the goal line and McCarron runs the ball in on the next play for the touchdown.

The Ravens find holes in the Cincinnati secondary as Kamar Aiken breaks free for a long gain.

Then, Mallett finds Chris Givens for the touchdown.

The Bengals gain a couple of first downs with Jeremy Hill.

Then Marvin Jones again breaks free. This time he scores.

The Ravens fumble on their next possession and the Bengals recover.

At the end of the first, the Bengals lead 14 - 7.

The Bengals fail to gain a first down and are forced to a field goal try.

It's good.

The Bengals defense begins to bring a lot of pressure as Vontaze Burfict gets to Mallett for the sack.

The Ravens are forced to punt.

Jeremy Hill finds running room against this Ravens defense.

As A.J. Green finishes the drive with a touchdown.

The Ravens won't go away. Their offense finds success moving the ball against the Bengals.

Kamar Aiken hits pay dirt for the second time.

On the ensuing kickoff, Brandon Tate suffers an injury and is lost for the game.

At the half, the Bengals lead by 10, 24-14.

A mishandled kickoff pins the Bengals back deep and Courtney Upshaw brings down McCarron in the endzone for a safety.

The Bengals defense continues to blitz as Adam Jones adds a sack to his stat line.

The Ravens are forced to punt.

Baltimore fails to cover A.J. Green and he easily scores on a long pass.

Then Carlos Dunlap adds to his record setting sack total.

Again the Ravens punt.

At the end of the third, the Bengals lead 31-16.

Marvin Jones shakes a tackle after his catch and takes the ball to the endzone for the score.

But the Ravens answer right back with a long pass.

They get another completion for a touchdown. This time by Javorius Allen.

Baltimore attempts an onside kick and is successful.

Ryan Mallett quickly moves the ball down the field and finds Aiken for another touchdown.

It is too little too late as the Bengals hold on to win with a final score of 38 - 30.
