With the offseason here, the focus on the NFL will soon be centered around the 2016 NFL Draft.
We now know the full list of players who will be eligible to be part of the draft, after declaring for the draft and forgoing their remaining college eligibility. The league announced Friday the names of 96 players who have been granted special eligibility for this year's draft and 11 other players who have fulfilled their degree requirements with college football eligibility remaining and are also eligible.
This year will see the second most players since 2007 to be granted special eligibility for the NFL draft. 2014 saw 98 players receive special eligibility, two more than this year.
The following 11 players have fulfilled their degree requirements and are eligible for selection in the draft:

Just taking a brief at the list, there's a host of underclassmen I could see the Bengals looking at, especially since many of them are going to be drafted after Cincy's first pick at the 24th-overall spot. We'll be spending a lot of time looking at which guys the Bengals could be interested in, in the coming months.
That said, underclassman like Cal quarterback Jared Goff, Ole Miss tackle Laremy Tunsil, Clemson corner Mackensie Alexander, Ohio State defensive lineman Joey Bosa and Florida State defensive back Jalen Ramsey are expected to be drafted at or near the beginning of the first round, so don't expect any of them to fall to the Bengals.
The draft takes place April 28-30 in Chicago at the Auditorium Theatre.
