Bengals social media roundup: Players enjoy long weekend off

Date nights, college football and relaxation sum up how the Bengals spent their weekend off after taking care of business on Thursday night.

The Bengals certainly enjoyed their long weekend off and took in some college football, the beautiful weather in Cincinnati and enjoyed family time after beating the Dolphins on Thursday. Here’s a look from the social media accounts of the Bengals players at how they spent the last week.

Geno Atkins liked his sack on Tannehill, that came with some help from the Dolphins’ offensive line, too.

Giovani Bernard jokingly apologized to Andy Dalton, for not scoring on this play.

Vontaze Burfict was surely happy to be back this week.

Great team win... happy to be back #whodey

Burfict and Rey Maualuga’s teams’ played each other in college football over the weekend. USC won 41-20 over Arizona State.

Andy Dalton’s wife was able to come onto the field before the game to get a better look at warmups.

It’s safe to say Dalton is a fan of the color rush jersey.

Same goes for Karlos Dansby.

Dre Kirkpatrick gave a birthday shout out to Adam Jones who celebrated his birthday on Friday.

Unsure what kind of “ride” this is, but it looks pretty cool.

Chris Lewis-Harris made sure to get his interception ball saved for him.

First career INT. GREAT team win! #whodey #blessed

It looks like Cedric Ogbuehi is planning to attend the Texas A&M game while the Bengals are in Texas next week.

By the way... the Bengals really like Chipotle.

DeShawn Williams went to the Clemson-Louisville game this weekend, which was a pretty great game. Williams stayed with his grandma in South Carolina.

The Zeitlers spent a night out on Saturday since the team had Sunday off. And yes, it is actually pretty nice to be able to have a stress-free Saturday night knowing the Bengals already won on Thursday; isn’t it?

A Saturday night with no stress? What is that?! #lovethisguy #weekend

Let’s end with a Tweet from William Jackson III, who’s currently on Injured/Reserve, but, says, “will be back before you know it”. And, as Bengals fans, we’re looking forward to it!
