The Bengals returned to practice on Thursday and again, Tyler Eifert was not present on the field at Paul Brown Stadium. It seems highly unlikely that Eifert will play in Week 5, but, you can hold out hope like Marvin Lewis, if you'd like.
Cedric Ogbuehi didn't practice on Thursday as he's dealing with an illness and Jake Fisher also didn't practice while dealing with a back injury. Fisher was limited on Wednesday, so it's of note to see he wasn't able to participate at all today. The same happened with wide receiver James Wright who went from being limited on Wednesday to a non-participant on Thursday. But, Wright has been given numerous rest days due to his knee, which has undergone two surgeries in the last two years. What's different though, is Wright is now dealing with a hamstring injury, and it's not his knee that's listed on the report.
Still limited for the Bengals were Clint Boling, Rex Burkhead, Jeremy Hill and Shawn Williams.
For the Cowboys, the injury report only saw one change today as Orlando Scandrick went from being limited on Wednesday to not participating on Thursday. It seems unlikely Dez Bryant will play on Sunday after he didn't practice again on Thursday.
