The Bengals and Giants face off on Monday night, and once again I look around to see what Giants fans expect to see from the Bengals. It starts with a bit of healthy fear from the opponent.
I’m really scared of aj green in this game. He’s the one that will change our defense. I swear, if he’s matched up against any safeties in this game I’ll be pissed. I was pissed last weekend when Berhe was matched against a wr. Steve cannot allow it. He’ll eat our safeties alive
The Giants are in a similar boat as the Bengals, even though they’ve won more games. Even at this point in the season, there are a lot of questions around their team. So what do Giants fans think their team needs to do to win the game?
They have a very good offense so we just have to score, offensive better show up or we lose.
Well, that is one way to win a game...

Another similarity these teams share is the performance in primetime games.
Hate to say it
But I think we regress this week.
We have been historically terrible in prime time games. Our defense is pretty good, and should give us a shot but the offense without a running game is broken.

Then comes the same tired storyline from an opposing fan base. I think this is funny coming from a team with Odell Beckham Jr. on it.
The Bengals are probably the worst defense in the league in terms of cheap hits and fights. They will try to incite conflict.
Other Giants fans wonder if the Bengals have just lost too much during the past three seasons. This is a very valid point coming from a fan base that does not follow the Bengals closely.
I wonder if coordinator "brain drain" might have something to do with it
3 years ago both Mike Zimmer and Jay Gruden left for HC jobs. Last year Hugh Jackson left.
It must be hard to replace the players these coordinators helped develop as these guys move on in free agency and retire. I wonder if that may have something to do with it.
I like to end with the crazies. This fan thinks somehow the Giants know the key to stopping A.J. Green. Good luck pal.
He's going to JJ island.
Gonna get shut down, just like Dez.
