The Bengals are pretty healthy for an NFL team in Week 11 of the season.
The only two players who remain on the Bengals' injury report ahead of their matchup with the Bills are tight end C.J. Uzomah and defensive end Wallace Gilberry. Uzomah popped up yesterday on the report with a calf injury and didn't practice today. He's now listed as doubtful to play on Sunday. That's not a major loss though as he was inactive in Week 9 and limited to one offensive snap in Week 10. Gilberry just joined the Bengals during their Week 9 bye week, so if he's unable to play on Sunday, that also won't be a huge loss. Though, he did play well in his return to the team.
For the Bills, wide receiver Justin Hunter was added to the injury report today and was ruled questionable to play. Defensive end Corbin Bryant (who's listed as a starter on the Bills' depth chart) has been ruled out with a shoulder injury. A number of other players are also questionable including wide receiver Robert Woods and defensive tackle Marcell Dareus, but I'd expect both will suit up on Sunday.
