UPDATE: The Bengals have downgraded Derron Smith to from QUESTIONABLE to OUT and Clark Harris from QUESTIONABLE to DOUBTFUL as of Saturday afternoon.

The Bengals will have a number of big injuries to worry about on Sunday during their clash with the Ravens.
A.J. Green has already been ruled out with a hamstring strain. He didn't practice at all this week and is very iffy for next week vs the Eagles.
We should also expect starting safety Shawn Williams to be out this Sunday after he failed to practice all week. He is listed as doubtful for Sunday.
What wasn't expected was backup Derron Smith being questionable with a thigh injury after he failed to practice Friday. He was limited Thursday, so it looks like whatever he's dealing with popped up in practice this week. If he and Williams are out, it looks like rookie Clayton Fejedelem would start next to George Iloka at safety. That's a pretty scary thought.
The Bengals may also be without long snapper Clark Harris, who was limited in all three practices this week. He is questionable for Sunday. The Bengals signed a long snapper to the practice squad in case Harris can't play, but, have yet to activate him. Backup tight end C.J. Uzomah is doubtful with his calf strain. That's unfortunate as he could be used as a pass catcher with Green out.
The Ravens will have several more unknowns going into Sunday with four questionable designations, including starting defensive lineman Timmy Jernigan and Brandon Williams. Both practiced fully on Friday and should be good to go Sunday, as should All-Pro guard Marshal Yanda following two straight full sessions with a shoulder injury.
Starting cornerback Jimmy Smith is doubtful, which is great news for the Bengals' passing game that won't have Green. Starting guard Alex Lewis is out, so the Bengals' defensive line should have some good success vs this average offensive line.
Backup tight end Crockett Gillmore is doubtful with a thigh injury, while backup running back Lorenzo Taliaferro is out with a knee injury.
